The B Venture Volunteer Apprentice Program is a transformative, hands-on experience designed for high school students, recent graduates, and early college students ready to explore entrepreneurship, business strategy, and ethical leadership.
We believe innovation begins with access — and we are proud to welcome students of all abilities, including those who are blind, deaf, or differently abled. Our hybrid program model ensures all students can participate meaningfully through adaptive technology, accessible materials, and personalized mentorship.

Featuring Geoff Duran, Image & Appropriateness Consultant
In today’s world, how you show up is just as important as what you bring to the table. That’s why the Volunteer Apprentice Program includes dedicated mentorship in personal branding and image development, led by Geoff Duran, a seasoned Image & Appropriateness Consultant with a deep passion for helping emerging professionals step into their purpose with confidence and style.
Through monthly themed workshops and one-on-one coaching, Geoff helps our apprentices align their outward presence with their internal vision — from professional dress to posture, presence, and first impressions.
Style Sessions with Substance
Each student will participate in a Visual Branding Series designed around real-world settings such as:

The B Venture Volunteer Apprentice Program is a 6-month immersive experience that meets you where you are — and takes you where you want to go. Open to high school students, recent graduates, and college students, including students who are blind, deaf, or differently abled:

🔹 Format: Virtual with optional in-person sessions (Los Angeles)
