Dr. Bela (Chabela J. McFashion, DBA, CFE) Founder & Chief Financial Officer | Creator of the Leadership Frequency Framework
Dr. Bela is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Doctor of Business Administration with more than 20 years of experience in government and private-sector accounting. As the founder of The B Venture, she provides executive leadership in forensic accounting, fraud detection, financial governance, and strategic advisory services.
She is also the creator of the Leadership Frequency Framework, a governance model that helps organizations strengthen oversight by improving how leaders detect emerging risk, interpret financial signals, and anchor decisions in ethical accountability. Through advisory work, speaking engagements, and mentorship, Dr. Bela equips organizations and emerging professionals to operate with clarity, integrity, and disciplined financial leadership.
Helen Zimmermann Accounting & Operations Assistant | Volunteer Apprentice Program (VAP) Graduate
Helen supports accounting and operational functions at The B Venture, assisting with financial documentation, data organization, and administrative coordination. Her work includes maintaining structured spreadsheets, tracking operational activities, and supporting internal processes that help keep financial records accurate and organized.
As a graduate of The B Venture’s Volunteer Apprentice Program (VAP), Helen continues to develop her skills in accounting operations, data management, and business administration while contributing to the firm’s mission of promoting financial clarity, accountability, and ethical business practices.
